About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Merchant Product Growth Analyst to bridge the value communication gap between our product and merchants. This role will focus on driving product love, improving feature adoption, and unlocking cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across ENT & SMB accounts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Merchant Success (MS), and Product teams to ensure merchants fully realize the value of our offerings, leading to increased engagement, retention, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Value Communication & Enablement

  • Develop frameworks and tools to communicate product value propositions effectively to merchants
  • Work with Sales and Merchant Success teams to improve messaging and storytelling for different ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
  • Conduct regular workshops, webinars, and training sessions for internal teams and merchants to enhance product understanding.


2. Drive Feature Adoption

  • Identify adoption bottlenecks for new/existing features and design interventions to drive adoption (e.g., incentives, playbooks, campaigns)
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize features based on merchant feedback and ROI impact
  • Develop merchant-focused onboarding and feature launch programs to maximize uptake.


3. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Initiatives

  • Partner with Sales and MS teams to identify opportunities for ARR expansion
  • Design campaigns and account growth strategies to promote complementary products and features
  • Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., upsell conversion rate, account growth rate).


4. Merchant Insights & Voice of Customer

  • Build a feedback loop to gather and analyse merchant pain points, product gaps, and opportunities
  • Convert insights into actionable strategies for Sales, Product, and Merchant Success teams
  • Create merchant success stories and case studies to showcase product impact.
