Why This Role Matters

As a Assistant Manager- Outbound Sales, you'll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with high-potential D2C merchants by helping them access financing solutions that fuel business growth. You'll own the complete sales journey—from identifying opportunities and understanding merchant needs to closing deals and driving long-term portfolio growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships with founders, and solving business challenges through innovative financial products.


What You'll Own

  • Build and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire mid-market D2C brands and eCommerce merchants.
  • Identify businesses that can benefit from working capital loans, merchant credit lines, Meta Ads credit, and other growth financing solutions.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand merchant business models, cash flow cycles, advertising investments, revenue patterns, and funding requirements.
  • Position lending and credit solutions aligned to each merchant's growth objectives and financial needs.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Underwriting, and Operations teams to ensure timely approvals and seamless loan disbursals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and weekly business reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to generate high-quality merchant opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets across merchant acquisition, loan disbursals, portfolio growth, and revenue.
  • Represent GoKwik and Kwik Finance Services in merchant meetings, industry events, and strategic business discussions.


Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, consultative sales, enterprise or mid-market account management.
  • Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, merchant lending, payments, adtech, or the D2C ecosystem is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of merchant cash flows, unit economics, customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS, and growth marketing fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to sell financial products and build credibility with founders, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience selling to D2C brands, eCommerce merchants, marketplace sellers, or digital-first businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to working capital loans, merchant financing, revenue-based financing, or advertising credit products is preferred.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing economics will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
