Why This Role Matters
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by partnering with high-value D2C brands and enterprise merchants. You'll work closely with founders, finance leaders, and business decision-makers to understand their funding requirements and provide tailored lending solutions that help accelerate growth.
This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and commercial strategy, making you a key contributor to expanding GoKwik's financial services business.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy for merchant lending across an assigned portfolio of high-value D2C brands.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire enterprise merchants, digital-first businesses, and large eCommerce brands requiring growth capital.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution consulting, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with founders, CFOs, finance leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Understand merchant business models, GMV trends, cash flow cycles, inventory planning, advertising investments, and capital requirements to recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Partner with Credit, Risk, Underwriting, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to structure lending solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Drive merchant lending penetration, sanctioned value, loan disbursals, and portfolio growth across assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and management reporting.
- Track market trends, competitive offerings, and merchant feedback to identify new business opportunities and strengthen product-market fit.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell, renewals, and strategic relationship management where applicable.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, fintech, merchant acquisition, payments, or business lending.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and closing high-value, consultative sales engagements.
- Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem, merchant economics, business lending, and working capital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with D2C brands, marketplace sellers, eCommerce merchants, or digital-first businesses is highly preferred.
- Ability to build compelling ROI-led business cases and position lending solutions strategically.
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior business leaders.
- Strong CRM discipline, sales forecasting, and data-driven pipeline management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and cross-functional environment with a high degree of ownership.
