Logistics plays a critical role in shaping customer experience and profitability for D2C brands. KwikShip is central to GoKwik’s mission of reducing RTO and improving delivery outcomes. This role will drive adoption of KwikShip by acquiring new merchants and expanding existing relationships, directly impacting revenue growth and merchant success.

What You’ll Own
New Business Acquisition
  • Identify and acquire new clients for KwikShip across D2C and eCommerce brands
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and market mapping
  • Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for KwikShip
  • Position logistics solutions aligned with merchant needs and business goals
  • Drive consistent achievement of revenue targets
End-to-End Sales Cycle
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline
Account Growth & Retention
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Drive retention and continued usage of KwikShip
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with operations, product, and customer success teams
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and delivery experience for merchants
  • Align internal stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes
Pipeline & Forecasting
  • Track and manage pipeline with accuracy
  • Forecast revenue and monitor performance against targets
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals


Who You Are
  • 2-4 years of Experience in sales or business development within logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of shipping, fulfillment, and logistics workflows
  • Proven ability to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • High ownership and comfort working in fast-paced environments
