Why This Role Matters
This is not traditional account management — it is growth ownership. As a CSM for KwikEngage, you will directly influence how leading D2C brands scale through data, experimentation, and strategic partnerships. Every recommendation, insight, and initiative you drive contributes to measurable business impact across merchant growth and retention.
What You’ll Own
- Own and scale merchant relationships to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value
- Analyse conversion funnels, GMV, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Design and execute experiments (A/B testing) to optimise performance and unlock growth levers
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams to translate insights into action
- Track and optimise merchant performance against key benchmarks and business goals
- Generate actionable recommendations through structured data analysis and business insights
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and create long-term merchant champions across organisations
Who You Are
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, FinTech, or eCommerce ecosystems
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and influence stakeholders in customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Metabase, and conversion metrics
- Ability to structure problems, derive insights, and execute with speed
- Growth mindset with comfort in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
