By understanding customer pain points and positioning the right solutions, you will help brands improve performance, scale efficiently, and unlock measurable business growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Identify new business opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Understand merchant pain points and run consultative, discovery-led sales conversations
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for high-potential accounts
  • Deliver engaging product demos and clearly articulate business value to founders, marketers, and growth teams
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and CRM discipline
  • Research and expand high-intent D2C merchant pipelines across categories and markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant success

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales across SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, agency, or eCommerce ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and digital growth landscape
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and discovery-led conversations
  • Proven ability to independently manage and close deals with ownership
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
