Why This Role Matters
As GoKwik scales its logistics ecosystem, acquiring and expanding enterprise partnerships becomes a key growth lever. This role will drive revenue by building a strong pipeline of logistics and supply chain clients, closing high-value deals, and expanding business with existing partners.
You will own enterprise sales outcomes end-to-end and play a key role in strengthening GoKwik’s position in the D2C logistics ecosystem through consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
What You’ll Own
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across logistics and supply chain ecosystem
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Own the full sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures
- Build customised proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast revenue accurately, and drive monthly and quarterly target achievement
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or logistics-tech/SaaS ecosystem
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships and drive account expansion
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
