This role will help convert merchant-initiated support data into clear, actionable insights that influence product prioritisation and operational decisions. What You’ll Own
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze merchant-initiated support data across tickets, categories, and touchpoints
- Identify recurring trends, patterns, and gaps impacting merchant experience
- Translate raw datasets into structured insights and clear recommendations
Business & Product Support
- Support product and business teams with data-backed inputs for decision-making
- Assist in defining problem statements based on support data and merchant behaviour
- Create basic dashboards, summaries, or reports to communicate findings effectively
Project Execution
- Work on a defined, time-bound project with clear deliverables and timelines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation throughout the analysis
- Present insights in a simple, structured manner to internal stakeholders
Who You Are
- Final-year student or recent graduate in analytics, engineering, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with datasets and performing basic to intermediate data analysis
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to spot patterns and anomalies
- Clear communicator who can explain insights in simple business terms
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently on defined tasks
