Product-led growth at GoKwik depends on clarity—clarity of ICPs, use cases, value, and pricing. This role ensures that every app communicates the right message to the right merchant at the right moment, driving activation and paid conversion without relying on discounts or sales-led motion.
You will sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Revenue, owning how merchants understand value, reach aha moments, and upgrade. The impact of this role is directly tied to activation rates, ARPU, and monetisation efficiency across PLG apps.

What You’ll Own

  • Define primary and secondary ICPs for each PLG app and map clear use cases
  • Translate merchant problems into structured journeys: pain → feature → outcome → willingness to pay
  • Own in-product messaging including onboarding flows, activation nudges, and paywall copy
  • Partner with Product to identify and optimise aha moments that drive upgrades
  • Support pricing and packaging decisions in collaboration with Product and P&L owners
  • Validate pricing, feature gating, and add-ons through merchant insights and experiments
  • Own go-to-market for new features, plans, and apps across PLG surfaces
  • Enable Demand Gen and Support with landing pages, App Store copy, FAQs, and sales collateral
  • Build and scale merchant proof through case studies, reviews, testimonials, and social proof loops

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or PLG environments
  • Hands-on experience with self-serve products and free-to-paid conversion journeys
  • Strong understanding of why users activate, stall, or churn—and how messaging influences behaviour
  • Proven experience working closely with Product and Growth teams
  • Strong qualitative research skills with the ability to synthesise merchant insights into clear narratives
  • Clear, structured communicator who writes copy focused on revenue impact, not vanity metrics
