Why This Role Matters

This role supports KwikAds, GoKwik’s performance-focused growth solution designed to help D2C brands improve ROAS using their existing marketing budgets. The team works closely with founders, marketing teams, and partners to identify performance gaps, optimise paid campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomes.
As Assistant Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for driving adoption of KwikAds by owning the sales cycle end-to-end. You will engage directly with high-intent D2C brands, translate their growth challenges into clear solutions, and contribute to scaling this business line across categories and markets.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Discovery & Qualification: Understand merchant pain points around performance marketing and ROAS; qualify prospects and align needs with KwikAds offerings
  • Deal Ownership: Own the complete sales cycle for smaller accounts and high-potential leads, from first conversation to closure
  • Product Demos: Deliver clear and engaging online demos, articulating KwikAds’ value to founders, marketers, and growth teams
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking conversations and follow-ups across CRM and outreach tools
  • Market Expansion: Research and build a pipeline of high-intent D2C brands across assigned categories or geographies

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in agency selling, MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and online advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and discovery-led conversations
  • Proven ability to manage deals independently and close with ownership
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and demo skills
  • Highly organised with strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
